1 NIGHT 2 DAYS MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK & CULTURAL TOUR

OVERVIEW

This is a unique 1 Night Safari that combines culture and wildlife in one unforgettable journey. On the first day, guests will visit a Traditional Maasai Village to learn about Maasai culture, local traditions, dances, and their daily life.

On the second day, guests will enjoy a game drive in Mikumi National Park, where they will have the chance to see Tanzania's amazing wildlife animals including the BIG FOUR and more in their natural habitat before returning back.

TOUR PLAN

DAY 1 - TRANSFER TO MIKUMI & MAASAI CULTURAL TOUR

Guests will be picked up from either the Airport, Hotel, or Ferry in Dar es Salaam and transferred to the Electric Train Station (SGR) for a comfortable Electric Train journey to Morogoro Region which will take approximately 1:30Hrs. Upon arrival in Morogoro, guests will meet another driver who will welcome and transfer them to Mikumi National Park area for Hotel check-in.

Guests will have lunch at the Hotel and after some rest, guests will visit a traditional Maasai village for an authentic cultural experience. During the tour, they will learn about Maasai traditions, lifestyle, local activities, traditional dances, and culture while interacting with the local community. After the tour, guests will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2 - MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK SAFARI & RETURN TO DAR ES SALAAM

After breakfast at the Hotel, guests will enjoy a full game drive inside Mikumi National Park, one of Tanzania's famous wildlife destinations. The safari offers a chance to see animals such as Elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Buffaloes, Antelopes, and many Bird species in their natural habitat.

Lunch will be served inside the park during the safari experience. After the game drive, guests will begin the journey back to Dar es Salaam on the same day.
